    Online tutorials are $7. You can sign up for one of our memberships. Our VIP membership is $40 a month and the Homie membership is $25 a month.

  • HOW DO I ACCESS THE PGTV COMMUNITY?

    You need to be a VIP or Homie Member. Once you are a member, you need to log into your account and you can access it through your member dashboard. Scroll to the bottom of your member dashboard and you will see it!

  • HOW LONG ARE ONLINE TUTORIALS?

    They vary in length but are anywhere from 5min - 20mins.

  • IN MY TUTORIAL THE MUSIC & FULL DANCE ISN'T PLAYED?

    You can watch the full dance with music from the class homepage by clicking the original video/class promo.

  • HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

    You can do this through your account settings. If any issues email [email protected]

  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

  • MY TUTORIAL WON'T PLAY!

    If they are not in your junk or spam folder, it probably means you have put your email in wrong so please email us [email protected]

  • CAN I SWITCH OR UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?

    Yes, you can switch to a different membership at any time. Just email [email protected]

  • HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR BILLING INFORMATION?

    You can do this through your user account. If you sign in, you can go to account settings and make the change here. If any issues email [email protected]

  • CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP

    You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on your user dashboard/settings. If you cancel your membership before the end of the applicable billing cycle, your account will be cancelled as of the following month. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

  • HOW CAN I BE FEATURED IN THE MEMBER SPOTLIGHT?

    This is only available to our VIP members. Once you are a VIP, each month we will select a member at random to be featured.

  • HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ZOOM CLASS?

    Once you have signed up, the class will live within your account so when its time for the class, you will need to sign into your account - head to member dashboard and click on the class and it will direct you automatically to zoom. If any issues, we do also send you the zoom link in your purchase email.

  • IF I MISS A ZOOM CLASS - DO I GET A REFUND?

    We do have a 4 hour cancellation policy in place for our LIVE ZOOM classes. To cancel, please email [email protected] - 4 hours prior to start of class to receive a full refund. If, you miss this window, it will be counted as class taken.

  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY WELCOME COUPON?

    No. If they are not claimed within a month, they will expire.

  • CAN MY 10% MONTHLY COUPON BE SAVED UP OVER A TIME PERIOD?

    No. This monthly coupon will only be valid for that month. If not claimed it will expire.
